Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once content has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your subscription, please contact soulmindhubig@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it.

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew at the end of the billing period.
